In Juneau, there are no must sees except the scenery. Of most interest is the Mendenhall Glacier, right in the middle of town near the airport. On a warm day, a boat trip is nice too.

In Victoria, hang out at the Empress Hotel or whatever its new name is.

If you are driving from LA, the Tetons are the best park (though many others are interesting too).

The rest depends on your personality.

At the Juneau end of your leg, just enjoy the scenery - the Mendenhall Glacier is a terrific place to spend some time, and you can hike or walk the various trails and paths. If you enjoy the hiking, look into the Mt. Roberts trail - it's a relatively easy and well-worn path up the mountain the sits behind town, and you'll have a commanding channel view once you clear the tree line. If you want a little history mixed with spending time with the locals, cross the bridge to Douglas and go down to Sandy Beach. You can follow a short path to the Treadwell Mine and learn a little about the mining history in the area. Sandy Beach is the great warm-weather fun spot for the locals, and you might enjoy hanging around with them.
